My objective as an engineer and a philosopher is to learn new things, structure that knowledge, and share it effectively with others--whether that is in the form of impactful features improving performance and experience, or as a seminar and paper. I am driven by complex questions with multiple stakeholders, and work to creative inclusive and practical solutions that push product forward.
I received a PhD in Philosophy from the New School for Social Research for my dissertation, Pregnancy Beyond the Natural. My research, as well as six years' experience teaching undergraduate philosophy courses, motivates my interest in tech's impact on health and the body.
Outside of work, I love sci-fi, ornate baking projects, and weight lifting.
OrbitalRx is the only platform designed to unify hospital pharmacy data and proactively manage drug shortages, bringing users the power of real-time situational awareness in a pharmacy-focused workflow. As a Software Developer, I create intuitive UIs with complex functionality, and contribute to all user-facing experiences.
myPillBox is a digital pill box and daily medication organizer app built with custom b-cryptt auth. At a glance, myPillBox provides the time of day and intuitive navigation to time-of-day medication lists, or a complete list of doses (with photos) for each prescription.
Kitty Jungle is a single-player game where players carefully befriend feral cats by petting them (clicking on them). The object is to pet the cat enough to make friends, but not so much as to overstimulate the cat. Kitty Jungle is best viewed on a desktop.
